An Education, Health and Care Plan is a legally binding document for children and young people aged 0–25 with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) that cannot be met through standard school support alone. It sets out your child’s needs, the outcomes being worked towards, and the specific provision that must be put in place to meet those needs.
