Local authority children’s services and social work teams

Family courts, judiciary, and legal practitioners

Health professionals (GPs, health visitors, CAMHS)

Probation and community offender management services

Voluntary and third sector organisations

Parents, carers, and family members (self-referral)

  • Fill out our online referral form
  • Provide relevant family background
  • Share any court or professional documents
  • Outline your specific concerns and goals
  • Submit relevant contact details
  1. We acknowledge receipt of your referral within one working day.
  2. Our team reviews the referral and contacts you to discuss requirements, availability, and fees.
  3. A Risk Assessment is completed where required.
  4. A Contact Agreement or Service Agreement is drawn up and agreed with all relevant parties.
  5. The service commences at the agreed date and time.
