The length of time it takes to conclude private care proceedings is a source of emotional distress for clients. Clients who are directed by the courts to evidence alcohol and substance misuse awareness or to attend domestic abuse perpetrators programs before having contact with their children will experience significant delays as the services are over-subscribed, understaffed, and have a long waiting list.

Family Engage (UK) Programmes are designed to resolve these problems by offering a service that can be aligned with the client’s court schedule.

We provide an  individualised Domestic Abuse Perpetrators Programmes and Substance Misuse Programmes for clients involved in care proceedings. The programs is  designed to support clients to: 

  • Evidence awareness of the impact of domestic abuse on parenting. 
  • Prepare clients for both supervised and unsupervised contact. 
  • Provide clients with the skills and knowledge to enable them to co-parent effectively.
