Wisdom Katungu

Wisdom Katungu is a highly experience social worker with over 15 years of experience of working with children and families. This includes children and families experiencing domestic violence, alcohol and substance misuse, mental health needs, and learning-disabled individuals.
Over the years, he has sharpened his skills in statutory social work, with a strong focus on assessments and dealing with complex cases.
Wisdom has extensive experience compiling court statements, attending court and giving evidence.
He also has extensive experience conducting Special Guardianship Assessments, Parenting Assessments and Family Contact supervision.
Utilising theories of human behaviour and social systems, he intervenes at points where children and families interact with their environment. He applies the evidence-based and child-focussed approach to assessments and has a good understanding of the Family Court procedures.
